Prior to graduate school I worked in a developmental lab studying the neural correlates of autism in children. I also worked in a lab that studied the neural interactions of emotion and cognition. Upon reaching graduate school, I am now interested in using functional MRI methodologies to examine how visual salience can impact perception and decision making.
